如何找關(guān)鍵人?
1、領(lǐng)英搜索,輸入關(guān)鍵詞,buyer,ceo, manager等等職位詞或者產(chǎn)品詞
2、搜索客戶公司的網(wǎng)站,有些網(wǎng)站會(huì)掛上Our team:里面會(huì)有公司高層人員信息
3、谷歌搜索,關(guān)鍵詞:product manager at**公司, CEO at **公司, Buyer at **公司
Purchase, supply chain, procurement,
4.通過(guò)行業(yè)網(wǎng)站搜索:比如某個(gè)國(guó)家的工商局,**協(xié)會(huì),**組織等等
電話找關(guān)鍵人話術(shù)
公司前臺(tái)---直接打官網(wǎng)上的電話然后說(shuō)找某某關(guān)鍵人,但是其實(shí)70%以上的前臺(tái)是不會(huì)告訴你的
這時(shí)候,你就需要整理一些話術(shù)來(lái)提高轉(zhuǎn)接率,比如:
I have contacted **on the email but not get his reply, kind of urgent, pls...我之前聯(lián)系過(guò)他
We cooperated with your company before, now it’s about delivery issue, I need to discuss with **quickly我們公司之前跟你們合作過(guò)
I am looking for Mr.**,we made an appointment to have a call today. 我和某某約了今天打電話
如果前臺(tái)還是不愿意轉(zhuǎn)接,就說(shuō):
I understand your company rules,or maybe can you please tell me his number?
如果這時(shí)候前臺(tái)還沒(méi)有同意,你可以隔一天打過(guò)去新的話術(shù)如下:
Maybe may I speak to **(該公司另外一個(gè)關(guān)鍵人名稱(chēng)),有時(shí)候他看你都能報(bào)出好幾個(gè)名字會(huì)對(duì)你放松警惕

或者你說(shuō),I have left message to your web email, all social medias but no reply, that’s why I am here to call you.就說(shuō)自己可以聯(lián)系的聯(lián)系方式都用了但是沒(méi)有回復(fù)

再不行,你就換個(gè)號(hào)碼打,可以找銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)到采購(gòu)部門(mén),因?yàn)殇N(xiāo)售部門(mén)他是跟我們一個(gè)性質(zhì),所以“來(lái)者不拒”至少不會(huì)高冷。
