樓主我前兩篇都是寫關(guān)于供應(yīng)商的,那么下面的這篇就來看看客人是怎么用郵件來”興師問罪“的吧。當(dāng)然,最后的結(jié)果就是樓主我要虧損錢財,最后跟客戶談的就是通過空運直接發(fā)貨給他,5箱貨,空運,很貴的啦,雖然我也是通過快遞代理,而不是那種tnt啦,聯(lián)邦啦,ups啦等等,但是俺們那個代理的快遞還是蠻快的,也屬于tnt的一種,呵呵,做soho的朋友們應(yīng)該多多少少也知道點的吧。呵呵,但是也貴啊,利潤沒了還不算,最后自己還得倒貼點錢進去,真的是賠了夫人又折兵啊。樓主我現(xiàn)在也是哭笑不得中~~~~
客人是個南美人,會講漢語,會寫漢語,也聽得懂漢語他在中國呆了很多年,并且學(xué)會了漢語,然后回國創(chuàng)業(yè)的,當(dāng)然,雖然他會漢語,但是我們的郵件還是通過英文書寫來傳達(dá)的,也許這個也是一個習(xí)慣吧。其次,客戶對產(chǎn)品的要求和價格要求都不是特別的高,但是這個客戶對delivery time還是比較注重的。所以才會有了下面的這些話:
hi dear tony,
hope you are fine today.
about the delivery time, are you kidding me?…you started 準(zhǔn)備材料?。?!你開玩笑嗎!(這句話是客戶用漢語寫的,可想而知,客戶的漢語能力是非常好的)? my dear tony…i had closed order with you on the (xx具體時間樓主我就不寫出來了,就以xx來代替)th of xxxxx!!! and you come now to tell me that you dont know when you can deliver!!! are you kidding me!? what do you think you are!
every day you where pushing me to close order, every day, every single day…now you come to tell me my cargo is not ready, are you joking with me?
if i knew how bad is your service, i will still choose to close order with your previous order…but because i liked you, i close order to your new company…and now this horrible surprise?
listen…you better finish the cargo by the (xx)th of (xxxxxx), or i will make you pay fine of usd 20.00 for every day you delay.
waiting your explanation of bad service reason.

這封郵件是上個月月底發(fā)給我的,大家看到了吧,客戶都用這種語氣了,那么顯而易見,當(dāng)時客戶對我是有多么大的失望啊,并且很憤怒。下單之前我跟客戶說了我已經(jīng)從soho轉(zhuǎn)型開了一家新公司,希望客戶能下單支持我,我可以給他很好的服務(wù),現(xiàn)在,公司還沒開呢,客戶卻跑掉一個,哎。
