1.回復(fù)聯(lián)系詢盤(pán)、RFQ和訪客詳情的客戶推薦產(chǎn)品時(shí)都給客戶發(fā)送有成交的產(chǎn)品鏈接或者曝光點(diǎn)擊高的櫥窗產(chǎn)品鏈接,集中店鋪流量出單
2.回復(fù)客戶詢盤(pán)(詢盤(pán)內(nèi)容是I am interested in your products,please send more details):
Hello,thanks for your inquiry.this is our best seller(advantage,high repurchase) product(如果有其他產(chǎn)品特色,也要寫(xiě)在這里),the price is xx usd/pcs,what is your question?
然后發(fā)實(shí)物產(chǎn)品圖片、包裝圖片、產(chǎn)品視頻(測(cè)試視頻)。
3.通過(guò)Trademanager、郵箱和whatsapp(wechat)反復(fù)跟進(jìn)詢盤(pán)、RFQ和訪客,不斷推薦產(chǎn)品,發(fā)產(chǎn)品目錄、報(bào)價(jià)單,這樣總有客戶最終會(huì)下單的
4.Trademanager溝通時(shí),發(fā)客戶好評(píng)截圖,可以增加成交率
5.遇到有寫(xiě)了手機(jī)號(hào)碼的客戶(有時(shí)候座機(jī)號(hào)碼也是whatsapp),都要去存入手機(jī),看看有沒(méi)有在whatsapp,一般Trademanager不回復(fù)的,你發(fā)whatsapp大概率會(huì)回復(fù),whatsapp在你提醒客戶付款和要客戶提供地址電話時(shí)特別有用
6.和客戶溝通時(shí)要著重突出自己的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,可以發(fā)測(cè)試視頻、生產(chǎn)流程、公司簡(jiǎn)介(簡(jiǎn)介里要體現(xiàn)是工廠,有車間,有產(chǎn)線,有機(jī)器)給客戶
7.要主動(dòng)引導(dǎo)客戶拿樣品測(cè)試,這樣增加接單數(shù),拉升星級(jí)
8.和客戶談的差不多時(shí),主動(dòng)發(fā)Could I make payment link for you now?這種時(shí)候一定要趁熱打鐵,趁客戶不是十分清醒,立刻給他做付款鏈接,讓他把款付了。不然錯(cuò)過(guò)了,這個(gè)單可能就再也不成了。
9.看到客戶建立了訂單,立刻提醒客戶:thanks a lot for your order,would you please help arrange the payment now?We hope to proceed your goods immediately to boost your business.
10.給客戶發(fā)貨時(shí),要及時(shí)發(fā)產(chǎn)品圖片、包裝圖片、單號(hào)、預(yù)計(jì)幾天到達(dá)給客戶,增加返單幾率
11.客戶收到貨后,要跟蹤客戶how is our quality?和讓客戶留評(píng)would you leave comment for our product and service?Thanks.
