為了節(jié)省雙方的時(shí)間,趕緊回復(fù), 第一次回盤要爭取給客戶的感覺:1)及時(shí) 2)專業(yè)? ?3)簡潔不羅嗦? ?4)禮貌? ?5)我想知道的有,沒想到的也有)

(這些其實(shí)都是其次,最重要的是你的報(bào)價(jià)單,要亮,比你的同行的報(bào)價(jià)要詳細(xì),但客人得看得清楚,一般是用EXCEL表格,我是調(diào)整又調(diào)整才有了固定的模板,我的報(bào)價(jià)單里有2個(gè)sheet, sheet1是產(chǎn)品價(jià)格,參數(shù),照片; sheet2是包裝資料,每一箱裝的內(nèi)容,紙箱尺寸,毛凈重,另外稍微一下,讓客人自己填下數(shù)量,總的金額,立方,毛凈重都自動(dòng)顯示出來,這個(gè)是簡單的加減乘除,很容易的,花不了多長時(shí)間)
(到如此,客人不回復(fù)的話,那我的推斷就是:
1)客人在等其他商的答復(fù),再比較, 這是最大的可能
2)客人可能在休息,未上班,但這種工作到半夜的客戶很少休息的, 可能性不大
3)我們的價(jià)格太高,也不大可能,我的價(jià)格比較合理,現(xiàn)在的網(wǎng)絡(luò),價(jià)格太透明了,價(jià)格高的太多,產(chǎn)品參數(shù)又不是很高檔,客人會(huì)直接把你delete掉??)
4)如果很長時(shí)間客人都不回復(fù),那我也不會(huì)去問的,我到這樣連個(gè)回復(fù)都沒有,那么是不用談了,你不是誠心來東西的
8月21日 北京時(shí)間02:57 客人回復(fù)了 (當(dāng)然該時(shí)間我是在困告啦)(期間,我是一次都沒去問客戶,我曾經(jīng)用國外的郵箱給自己的同行詢盤過,對(duì)于那種第一次價(jià)格就很高的人,我是絕對(duì)不會(huì)回復(fù)的,無論對(duì)方,2天,3天的同樣的郵件來問我情況如何,時(shí)間就是金錢,跟你這樣的商談,浪費(fèi)大量時(shí)間后還不一定有滿意的結(jié)果)(客人肯定是比較過幾家后再挑選幾個(gè)比較滿意的商進(jìn)一步溝通)

We are interested in testing the quality and sending samples to our buyers. We are currently buying from another supplier as well, however we he had problems with quality and manufacturing time. Hopefully we can find that your trampolines are to the high quality we expect. Also, your prices are a little higher than we would like. We can accept the price for our sample shipment, but we need to know if you can be flexable on price with large orders.
We he a shipment leing Guangzhou/ Shenzhen in about 30 days... Can you make delivery before this deadline?
In our trial order we will need 20 complete 16 foot trampolines with enclosure and ladder... Also if you he trampoline cover you can include that.
We can make payment as soon as we receive a proforma invoice and lead-time/ delivery time details.

(OK, 客人還是比較實(shí)在的)(但是當(dāng)天我并沒有立即回復(fù),為什么? 美元匯率這個(gè)月降了好多,老板重新調(diào)整了價(jià)格,高了好幾美金,怎么跟客人去說呢,先不急,明天再答復(fù))

Dear Chad, (對(duì)方?jīng)]有 Dear,我還是要加,感覺還是禮貌一點(diǎn), 但這次我不加 Mr. 了,第一次回盤一般都帶尊稱 Mr./ Ms.??(對(duì)男人,第一次就稱呼Mr. 對(duì)女人,稱呼Ms.,我覺得最好不用Mrs. 這是對(duì)已婚婦女的尊稱,女人都喜歡年輕,還是用Ms.好)。 因?yàn)閷?duì)方不稱呼我Mr.我也不再稱呼對(duì)方Mr., 一來,老外習(xí)慣這樣,二來,總是稱呼對(duì)方Mr.,感覺有點(diǎn)自降身份了)(這些都是小節(jié),重要的還是能否滿足客人的需求?)
You must know how qucik the exchange rate (USD - RMB) drops in August, in fact we he revised our prices last week, and it is higher than what I quoted to you.
We quoted the prices in May, but when customers paid the balance in end of July, the exchange rate is different, which means we could get fewer RMB.
