Dear all， 昨天到船公司的通知，說進(jìn)口到巴西的單，5月6號之后到港的，貨人不用正本提單就可以提貨！船公司正在想應(yīng)對政策。 我們發(fā)了郵件給巴西核實(shí)，確有此事，具體要求是： 貨人只需要清晰的正本復(fù)印件，以及付清堆存費(fèi)，稅費(fèi)等目的港費(fèi)用，就可以提貨。 目的港碼頭會檢查SISCARGA系統(tǒng)（巴西進(jìn)口申報(bào)系統(tǒng)），如果SISCARGA系統(tǒng)里進(jìn)口申報(bào)資料錯誤，或者顯示有某些費(fèi)用還沒有結(jié)算，碼頭就不會放貨。此費(fèi)用包括海運(yùn)費(fèi)，起運(yùn)港碼頭雜費(fèi)，目的港碼頭雜費(fèi)。 所以，建議，shipper一定要到貨款再出口?；蛘叱?HBL,在目的港控制：等到所有問題解決以后，再支付目的港的港雜費(fèi)，然后貨人才能提貨。 部建議： 不要指望出HBL就能解決一切問題，所有到巴西的單，shipper一定要到全部貨款再出口。對于已經(jīng)出口的，5月6號之后到港的，務(wù)必檢查各自的單，看shipper是否到貨款。 以下是的郵件原文，供參考： Dear Amanda, Note this information it is correct , the Brazilian Customs notice this new regulation ( IN 1356 ) from 05.May. As per this Normative Instruction , the all import cargoes on channel of??green light (for other channel ( Yellow or Red ) the Cnee must show the OBL ) , the Cnee don't need the presentation of the original BL to Bonded Warehouse ,??the Cnee only need to show the legible copy of this OBL to bonded warehouse and after to pay the customs warehouse storage , duties & taxes , the Cnee can pick up the cargo .
