寄樣之后怎么跟進?
今年寄樣的客戶挺多的,但沒幾個主動找回來要下單的,這時候就必須要主動出擊去跟
但是跟進不是催促,更不是干癟癟問一句Any feedback?
??而要站在客戶的角度想,你的內(nèi)容是否在對他施壓? 他為什么要給你反饋? 給你反饋了有什么好處?
??跟進已寄樣客戶反饋:
Hi +客戶名,
查下對方國家時間,開頭寫一句Good morning 或afternoon (簡單寒暄一下,不用寫太長,浪費客戶閱讀時間 )
Thanks for requesting our ... samples(客戶具體調(diào)樣的產(chǎn)品名稱) on the HK exhibition this April(根據(jù)客戶具體索樣時間和地點修改).
(方便客戶回憶起在哪見過你,什么時候拿的樣品)

(敲重點,跟進的內(nèi)容里一定要有一個能引起客戶興趣和回復的鉤子,比如我這里是用新品去溝通,你也可以用折扣、行業(yè)原材料變化、運費價格變化-提醒客戶行動鎖定優(yōu)惠成本等作為重點去溝通)
