這個月來了個大客戶,是西班牙的,價格談的很爽快,但是客人發(fā) sales contract給我們的時候,郵件里是這樣的:

your company will need a lawyer here, who will sign and represent your company here in the public notary for the legalization of the contract. if at the moment your company does not he a lawyer here in spain, then you he to get one immediately, or if you want, at your request, we can help you in getting a good and competent lawyer here.
once you he signed it, you should then forward a copy to us and to your lawyer here also for the legalization in the spanish public notary here.
once this agreement is signed and legalized, we will then make 30% tt to you as agreed so that once your sample is approved by us, you can then start mass production.

問題是我只是跟這個客人才接觸了半個月時間不到,第一次報價給他,他就給我下了訂單,并且沒有看樣品。請問各位高手,我該答應他的要求嗎?在西班牙的當?shù)卣垈€律師或者讓他幫我們找個律師?但是為什么要請個律師呢?難道請個律師,簽的合同比沒請律師簽的合同要更符合標準?以往我們公司接單就是發(fā)個pi給客戶,然后客戶打訂金給我們,生產(chǎn),寄樣品,付尾款,發(fā)貨,遇到這樣的情況,我該怎么回?先謝謝大家了[收起]
