事情背景是這樣的:這個客戶在今年三月份已經(jīng)向我們下過一次單,始談的都很愉快,最后貨物到港,客戶認為目的港費用太高,各種威脅,不過最后提貨了,全款。不過當(dāng)時客戶估計是很不高興。
九月份客戶發(fā)來郵件,告知說我們產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量很好,客戶很滿意,準備續(xù)單,要求報價,第一給客戶報的還是原來的價格,客戶砍價并且提了上一次目的港運費的事,因此我們給降了1刀~從161降到160. 客戶回復(fù)如下:
Hi A,
you are to high in price if you can do for $125 US I will place order
因為上一次價格是161,這次他砍價之后我們報160,他直接說125

我當(dāng)時覺得客戶太狠了,回郵件也就不是很客氣

Your target price is unacceptable. What we offer is the true price, we are not those who give a high price first and wait for bargin, then still keep a high price. The reason we reduce it to USD160/piece is because the unhappy experience for our previous order.說了下我們不能接受125的價格,堅持原件(但是語氣很二筆~~~檢討中)
Price is important but quality counts for much more, we can’t reduce our quality to achieve your target price, pls help to consider our position.

The quality is good but wouldn't say superior to others manufactured??from other sources. I am pleased with the goods but pricing isn't competitive. (你們質(zhì)量好但是價格競爭力太小,別人家也不是不能,我找別人去)

Its our regret to know that we can’t cooperate this time, but if anywhere we could help in the future pls do not hesitate to let us know.
(很遺憾此次不能合作,解釋了下報價的緣由)
Also, if you do not mind pls allow me to explain the price we quote:
1. USD160 for the original model, as you he already purchased 5 pieces, you may noticed the x, X are high quality ones
For other details, the X for better rot proof, X makesit durable, X, X for better medige prevent etc.
All this makes our quotation USD160.
