我們是焊機(jī)的,客戶來源主要是國(guó)內(nèi)外的展會(huì)。
我們的郵件系統(tǒng)里面可以管理客戶,客戶都是展會(huì)分配的,剛始都會(huì)入系統(tǒng),但是如果你的客戶一定時(shí)間沒有就會(huì)跳出去,也就客戶公共池,這意味著別的業(yè)務(wù)就可以抓取跟進(jìn)了。
幾個(gè)月前遇到了一個(gè)荷蘭的客戶,之前其他業(yè)務(wù)跟進(jìn)過, 可能我運(yùn)氣好,被我勾引上了。
剛始我也發(fā)了幾封發(fā)信,但是都沒有回復(fù)。
后來他給我連發(fā)了3封同樣的郵件, 內(nèi)容如下..
It seems that communication with your company is very difficult.
I asked already 3 times not to send further E-mails to my private Family-E-mail address.
My company E-mail address is know by you : ****@*****
I got today 3 E-mails on my private address ?????????????????????????????
If your products are so bad as the communication with your company ???
可以看的出來對(duì)方有多生氣了吧? 那天確實(shí)是網(wǎng)絡(luò)延遲,點(diǎn)了幾次就發(fā)過好幾封了,于是我解釋了一番,Terribly sorry for *****, 都詞窮了!
從他的郵件簽名我加了他的Skype, 但是偶爾見他上線, 就稀里嘩啦聊過幾句而已...
過了大概兩個(gè)多星期,于是我發(fā)了郵件過去:
Dear****,
How are you? can we make a converstion when you are free?

過幾天他回我了:
We can , but I am not interested for another supplier for welding machines.
One reason is you he no digital controlled machine.
Antcase we he our suppliers and no need for more or change.

后來的一天見他上線了,我就主動(dòng)找他聊, 后來他說我們之間沒有什么好探討的,Sorry I am going to remove you from my Skype friendlist.
好吧!你要掉我也沒有法....
過了大概l兩個(gè)月的時(shí)間,偶爾翻以前的郵件,發(fā)現(xiàn)了跟他的記錄, 于是我又發(fā)了一封發(fā)信,說我們出了新產(chǎn)品, 這次價(jià)格確實(shí)很有優(yōu)勢(shì):

好吧! 第二天他就回復(fù)我了,說看中我們的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì), 但是他需要?jiǎng)e的兩款機(jī)器,要我給他價(jià)格..
我其實(shí)很想叫他再加我的Skype, 但是我怕他會(huì)內(nèi)疚(畢竟當(dāng)初太太魯莽了... )
昨天他回郵件了說:
Your price for the A is about the same as other but for the B your price is
Rathet higher ; I he other quotations with prices of USD 140 (A) and USD 250 (B)
This or next week I will make my decision.

我給他的價(jià)格:
A款: $150/pcs,? ? B款: $310/pcs, 而他說的價(jià)格是A: $140,??B:$250
明擺著他是拿那個(gè)價(jià)格壓我們,不管他是否真有別的報(bào)價(jià)。
元旦來了,他說很快就要決定了!
我們經(jīng)理也說了B款價(jià)格不了, 而且我們的MOQ 30pcs, 他兩款一起才60pcs.
大家都看到這里了,現(xiàn)在問題我該怎么應(yīng)付他?。??????????
他那B款價(jià)格確實(shí)有點(diǎn)低了,不了![收起]
