請大家看看客戶給我回復了一封郵件:以下是客戶發(fā)來的信息,希望大家?guī)兔Ψ治鲆幌?,究竟怎么回事,如果是我的問題的話,應該怎么在和客戶溝通才能真正的下單呢?該客戶之前給我打過電話,很著急我們公司銷的這種產(chǎn)品,我們公司是絲網(wǎng)的。之后打完電話,我給客戶把運費和網(wǎng)子的價格都報過去了,結果客戶的反應是網(wǎng)子的價格可以,運費相當高,客戶說他們的資金有限目前,之后客戶又改變主意要再少一點的網(wǎng)子看看運費,我已經(jīng)給客戶報最低的運費了,經(jīng)過幾家的快遞公司的對比,還是ems 是最便宜的了??蛻暨€是在運費問題上糾結??蛻魟偸家漠a(chǎn)品的數(shù)量不多,但是看得出客戶很有禮貌,而且該客戶不是印度巴基斯坦那邊的,我真的很想穩(wěn)住這個客戶讓他下單。畢竟和這個客戶了有持續(xù)半個多月了,我們通過電話,skype,郵件溝通每隔兩三天溝通一下,剛始客戶很急這要的樣子,還打過來電話了,之后在skype上就顯得不那么著急了,說要網(wǎng)子要延遲一些,現(xiàn)在問題就是運費太高。根據(jù)這個問題,我應該怎么?
